Our aim is to empower you to find a solution to any difficulties you may be experiencing. From anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and work/life balance. Our home office is a quiet, relaxed atmosphere where it is safe for you to explore concerns and be fully supported by your choice of therapist.

Working with a range of modalities including CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy we draw on our many years of experience working with both individual and groups to bring about positive change. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, weighed down by troubles and unable to see a clear path, our range of services aim to introduce clarity and answers. Working with solution based techniques to help empower you to reach the best results.



I empower my clients to harness their ability to strengthen the relationships that shape their lives.  I have spent years helping others having difficulties with life and made it an official career 5 years ago. I myself have experienced the turmoil that can arise through my relationships in the various areas of life. Through my personal experiences I have learnt the techniques and tools that help to overcome life’s burdens, overwhelm and distress.

Through the use of counselling, life coaching, CBT, perspective shifts and understanding, we can find the solutions together to be able to gain work/life balance, build positive relationships with friends and family and tackle our goals.



For the last 9 years I have devoted myself to studies within various modalities that have helped me to heal my own limitations.
Through this time, I have been sharing my understandings and guiding others to help better fulfill their lives through understanding themselves through shared perspective.

Through the use of various treatments such as Energy Healing, Kinesiology, Grounding Techniques, Chakra and Meridian Balancing, Regression Therapy, Counselling, TMJ (jaw problems), I would be able to help you through life’s challenges.

My intention is to assist people who are struggling with themselves and others, to help find a way for them to live a happier and more fulfilling life.

What We Do

Counselling & Coaching

These sessions begin with your story and experiences. We go on to uncover any areas that require reflection and begin to work on a plan together to set goals and move forward toward a happier existence.

Techniques used include Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This ensures we find the right way forward for you as an individual. Our space is relaxed and comfortable.

Healing Retreats and Workshops

Retreats are held a couple of times per year and allow complete immersion in the healing journey. Time out from your normal routine may be required in order to kick start your road back to wellness.

Workshops are completed in a day and involve several areas including self exploration, grounding and vision board practices.
